Room rates do not include breakfast. The official check-in time may vary. Approval for early check in and late checkout requests is subject to availability by the hotel.
Hotel Reservation
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. Requests received after 18 April 2008 cannot be guaranteed. Click here to make a hotel reservation
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Availability of rooms in each category is limited. Rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge, government taxes currently 3%.
Accommodations reserved through Ambassadors will be confirmed only if the reservation is guaranteed by credit card. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit covering the first night stay is required.
Confirmations
Confirmation and receipt will be sent on receipt of the housing request and payment. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your confirmation.
(Allow up to a minimum of seven days for mailing if there is no fax number or email address indicated on your request.)
Payments
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) covering the first night of your stay is required. Please indicate the participant’s name and “HIMSS AsiaPac” on ALL payments.
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations or modifications must be sent to Ambassadors in writing (fax, letter, or email).
There will be no penalty for cancellation received on or before 18 April 2008. For cancellations received after this date, the cost of one night accommodation will be charged and no refund will be made under any circumstances. Ambassadors reserves the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be re-sold.
In the event of short stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the FULL DURATION OF STAY as originally reserved upon check out if the hotel room cannot be re-sold.
