Happening from 20-23 May 2008 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, HIMSS AsiaPac08 is organised by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), a not-for-profit and non-governmental, international healthcare membership organisation. This event is held in association with CHIK Services, a not-for-profit, independent company that provides communication channels, research and networking between government, health and IT sectors.
HIMSS’ and CHIK Services’ goal is to help health IT stakeholders to connect and exchange ideas in order to help advance quality healthcare delivery through the use of IT.
Positioned as a unique event providing needs-based solutions, HIMSS AsiaPac08 seeks to promote the optimal use of healthcare IT and management systems. It promises to be a place for intensive knowledge exchange where the best minds gather, and a platform for unlimited networking opportunities as leaders from healthcare, government and IT converge.
