Healthcare IT China Local Solution and Best Practice Sharing

Regional health information network (RHIN) connects healthcare institutions to achieve health data continuum in the entire life cycle of the patient care. We will present a RHIN project which GE Healthcare and its partner ENN Group have been building in Luoyang, Henan province.

Yongjian Bao, PhD
Principal System Architect GE Healthcare IT, USA Yongjian Bao is an active member in many healthcare IT standard activities. He represented GE Healthcare in IHE, DICOM and HL7. He co-edited a number of IHE Integration Profiles, and contributed to many others. His major expertise in standards includes cross-enterprise clinical information sharing, patient and identity management, imaging informatics, and EHR. His has significant experience in managing the adoption of standards and achieving interoperability between various IT products, as well as cross-vendor collaborating in creation of standard-based solutions. |
