In this role Mr. Moore is based in Beijing, China and oversees Public Sector sales, marketing, programs and services. Mr. Moore’s previous responsibilities include being a Chief Technology Officer - Asia Pacific and Managing Director for Public Sector - Asia Pacific.

Werner Van Huffel is the Healthcare industry technology strategist in the Healthcare and Social Services team for Public Sector in Microsoft Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Van Huffel specializes in Healthcare integration on enterprise and small to medium-sized business (SMB) architectures and is involved in standards groups including HL7 and open EHR.
Van Huffel has worked within the Healthcare IT industry for over 20 years. Van Huffel worked for IBM Australia as an integration specialist.
