About the Speaker:
Anil is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur, having led product companies from startup phase to growth and acquisitions. As Founder & CEO of SmartRx until it was acquired recently, he saw to the crafting of innovative award-winning care management products that enabled hospitals and health insurance companies to better help their patients and clients manage their health conditions. Prior to that, Anil was Vice President of US operations of Realcom Inc, a Japan based public company focused on knowledge and content management. He had also previously co-founded leading enterprise content management solutions company, AskMe Corp in Seattle, WA, which later merged with Realcom Inc. At AskMe Corp, he led the enterprise software product from idea to building the product and selling it to Fortune 500 companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Boeing, Intel, Novartis, CCH and others. Anil started his career at Siemens and Microsoft, where he worked on the development of the Windows 2000 family of products as senior engineer. Anil holds a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from Mysore University, and Master’s degree in Management from Yale University.
