Title: Delivering high quality care with usable and interoperable healthcare solutions.

Professional and consumer demands are increasing almost exponentially across a wide range of metrics. Clinical computing is beginning to be accepted as both a catalyst and adjunct in meeting these demands. Successful implementation, however, requires both professional and organisational maturity in order to deliver, avoid safety issues and reduce costly and disappointing failures. It also requires clarity of specification and agility from vendors. This presentation will address these issues and suggest to participants measures and strategies to move their organisations towards the implementation of safe, effective, interoperable integrated solutions for the delivery of high quality, personalised care.
