Registration to HIMSS Asia11 Health IT Leadership Summit
The HIMSS Asia11 Health IT Leadership Summit is an exclusive event open only to Directors and Senior Executive Management. Registration to the Leadership Summit does not guarantee immediate confirmation of a seat in this event, even if payment has been made. Entry to this event is only valid if you have received a letter or email from HIMSS confirming your registration.
If you do not qualify to attend the HIMSS Asia11 Health IT Leadership Summit and have made payment, a refund may be requested by emailing ahow@himss.org. Please refer to our refund policies below.
Badges Must Be Collected Onsite
You can pick up your badge and event tickets when you arrive at the Health IT Congress registration counter. When you register online, you will receive a confirmation note. Please print out this note and present it at the counter upon registration. You must present your confirmation slip in order to receive your badge. Alternatively you may present us with the registration number that was given to you upon confirmation of your online registration. Please also bring along photo identification (passport, driver's license, etc) for verification.
HIMSS Asia Pacific is not responsible for the loss or theft of badges. A fee of $50 USD applies if badge reprints are required.
Registration Confirmation
Confirmations will be sent via email, if you did not receive your confirmation please email himss-ap@himss.org.
Pre-registration ends 15 August 2011
All registration and payments received after 15 August 2011, must pay the onsite registration fee. If payment is not received by HIMSS by 15 August 2011, you may still submit your registration with the onsite rate fee. Onsite payments can be made by credit card or cash in Australian Dollars and USD.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations before 15 Aug 2011 will incur a $100 AUD administrative fee. Cancellation after 15 Aug 2011 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Refunds are based strictly on registration only. No refunds for optional events. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it.
Substitution Policy
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Substitution for selective sessions is not permitted for those who registered for the full Conference program, unless it is substitution for the entire program. If the substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing to himss-ap@himss.org.
Online substitutions will be accepted until 13 Sept 2011.
HIMSS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs and to close registration when programs are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.
Should the HIMSS Asia11 Health IT Congress and Leadership Summit be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next HIMSS Asia Pacific Conference & Exhibition

Privacy Policy
By registering for the conference you are providing permission to receive emails, mailings and faxes related to the conference. If you wish to opt out of receiving any of these materials you may do so by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button of the email.
Other Policies
I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, without the express written permission of HIMSS Asia Pacific, any of the contents of the HIMSS Asia11 Health IT Congress and Leadership Summit attendee roster. I also agree not to use the roster contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes. No solicitation is permitted by anyone except by exhibitors within the confinement of their booth.
For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be evicted without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.
