Q. I have registered, but have not received a confirmation. How do I get another one sent to me?
A. Please contact Asia Pac registration help desk via e-mail at HIMSS-AP@HIMSS.ORG to request a confirmation letter.
Q. I have registered, but can no longer attend the conference. Can I send someone else in my place?
A. Yes, however the substitute must pay any difference in registration rate based on membership status. Example: If you are a member and they are not, the registration difference must be paid.

If the substitution takes place on-site they must bring a letter on company letterhead verifying the substitution.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted to HIMSS AsiaPac11 Conference & Leadership Summit registration help desk via e-mail at HIMSS-AP@HIMSS.ORG
Cancellation before 15 August 2011 - $100.00 administrative fee
Cancellation after 15 August 2011 - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
Q. Where do I pick up my badge?
A. You can pick up your badge at the registration desk located in the foyer of the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre beginning on Wednesday, 21 September at 8:00.

Q. Do I need to be registered for the conference before I can book my hotel at HIMSS AsiaPac11?
A. No, but it is highly recommended that you process both your hotel and conference registrations at the same time. After you have registered for the conference, you will be directed to the hotel registration site.

Q. What is the difference between an Industry Solution Session and a Conference Session?
A. An Industry Solution Session is a presentation that allows exhibitors to educate attendees on the solutions provided by their product or service. They last about 45 minutes during which exhibitors have the opportunity to present a case study presentation before invited attendees. The Industry Solution theatre is located on the exhibit floor.
On the other hand, Conference Sessions are given by invited speakers who discuss various topics in the healthcare industry. During the conference, there are several sessions running at the same time, but with your attendee badge, you are allowed access into all sessions.
Q. Is there an age limit at HIMSS AsiaPac11 Conference & Leadership Summit Conference & Exhibition?
A. Yes, all registrants (including spouses or guests) must be 18 years of age or older to attend HIMSS AsiaPac11 Conference & Leadership Summit Conference and Exhibition.
